• Can you scan my ticket from my mobile phone?
  Yes, unless you have a cracked screen. Please maximize the brightness and resolution of your screen and zoom in on the barcode.
  
  
• Can I cancel my tickets?
  If you are unable to attend the event, it's not possible to cancel your tickets. However, we don't want the tickets to get into the wrong hands. Please go to Ticketmaster resell, where you can safely sell your tickets.

• Can 013 easily be reached by public transport?
  013 lies within a walking distance of only 10-15 minutes from the Central Station. Click here for a link to get your route. For those coming by train please go to the website of the NS (Dutch railroads) for all info and to buy your train ticket. The closest bus stop is ‘Heuvelring’, 2 minutes’ walk from 013. For current bus times, check the 9292.nl app or website.
  
  
• What is the best place for parking?
  There are several parking garages within walking distance of the 013 venue. The Tivoli parking garage, directly next to the 013 venue, is the nearest. (Be warned that this one tends to fill up fast with sold out shows.) The parking garages at Pieter Vreedeplein and Heuvelpoort are situated at a walking distance of 3 minutes. • Can I pay with cash in 013?
  013 is fully cashless. The 013-tokens cannot be used anymore since February 1, 2023.

• Are there sufficient hotels in the surroundings of 013?
  013 is situated in the center of Tilburg, so there are several hotels. Click for hotels in and around Tilburg. Please note that most of the hotels are fully booked. Another great option is the special Ayreon Camping site in the center of Tilburg with different arrangements. Marcela Bovio will do an intimate gig on Friday 15 September at 12:00!
  
  

• Are there any restaurants or bars in the surroundings of 013?
  The adjacent Korte Heuvel is full of pubs and small restaurants. 
  
  
• Can I bring a bag inside the venue?
  It is not permitted to bring backpacks into the building. Small handbags of no more than A4 size and approx. 10 cm thick are allowed and can be taken inside. Lockers are available in 013 Poppodium that can hold 2 jackets or a small bag (interior dimensions locker: 22x27x40cm).
  
  Large bags can be left outside of 013 in our XL lockers (interior dimensions: 34x34x48cm). The XL lockers space is located at Tivolistraat no. 132 (opposite the side of 013, 50 meters’ walk). The XL lockers space opens half an hour before doors open for concerts and closes half an hour after 013 closes. An XL locker costs €5 and payment is only possible contactless with a bank card.   Note: owing to limited capacity, we advise leaving backpacks in your car or in a locker at the station.

This year we are very pleased to have an Ayreon popup store. Our popup store will display all merchandise previously showcased on our webshop. This is an opportunity to leisurely explore, try on items, and collect all your favorites. But the store holds more surprises!

Find the popup store at the NEXT stage, right inside the smaller hall of the 013 venue. It's just a stone's throw away from the MAIN stage where all the magic happens.

Till the 8th of September you can pre-order and/or preview our new merchandise in our webshop. When you pre-order you can pick up your items before the shows at a special booth in our popup store, avoiding any lines or items being sold-out.

Together with ‘Ticket to Tilburg’ and several businesses in Tilburg we’ve created an ‘Ayreon discount booklet & Tilburg city map’. In this booklet you'll find a custom made Ayreon city center map with tips for getting the most out of your visit to Tilburg, plus coupons for lots of exclusive discounts in many of Tilburg's shops, bars and restaurants.

You can pre-order the booklet in our webshop for only 3,50 Euros. You'll also be able to buy this booklet in our popup store.

On top of that ‘Ticket to Tilburg’ created a great and informative landing page with a lot of information, hotspots, fun facts and things-to-do in Tilburg. When you're in Tilburg and in the mood for a beer and some music, the Little Devil bar is your place to be! At this bar, the beer is cold, there is a variety of whiskeys to choose from, and on Friday the 15th there will be live music from the Canadian post-punk band Schedule 1.
